Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our design and engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level mechanical engineers who are proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks and eager to start their career in industrial design, product development, or manufacturing.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist in creating 2D/3D mechanical designs and drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software

  • Support senior engineers in designing components, assemblies, and systems

  • Modify and revise existing drawings based on engineering changes or client feedback

  • Perform basic engineering calculations and design validation

  • Collaborate with the production and QA teams to ensure designs are functional and manufacturable

  • Maintain technical documentation, BOMs, and revision history

  • Participate in design review meetings and provide inputs on design improvement



Eligibility Criteria:



  • Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/training experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is a must

  • Good understanding of mechanical design concepts, materials, and manufacturing processes

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn



Working Conditions:



  • Office-based role, occasional site visits may be required

  • 5 or 6 days working (depending on company policy)

  • Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM



Salary & Benefits:



  • ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (Depending on skills and location)
