Job Description

We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee and support the maintenance of industrial machines and equipment in our plant. The ideal candidate will be involved in routine inspections, breakdown maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive measures to ensure smooth plant operations.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform regular inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery

  • Monitor machine performance and identify issues or potential failures

  • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule

  • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs

  • Assist in installation and testing of new equipment

  • Maintain daily maintenance logs and report performance data

  • Ensure safety standards are followed during maintenance activities

  • Support in inventory management for spare parts and tools

  • Collaborate with production and electrical teams for smooth operations



Eligibility Criteria:



  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

  • Experience: 0–3 years (Plant/Utility/Industrial Maintenance preferred)

  • Knowledge of pumps, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and compressors

  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and basic electrical understanding is a plus

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals



Working Conditions:



  • Plant-based working environment

  • May involve standing, lifting tools, and working near machinery

  • 6 Days Working (Factory Schedule)

  • Rotational shifts may apply depending on plant timing



Salary & Benefits:



  • ₹14,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on qualification and experience)

  • Overtime pay (if applicable)
