Zenith PeopleHub is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our remote hiring team. As a Remote Hiring Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews for various positions. Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles.

  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

  • Source and screen candidates through online channels and databases.

  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Support the HR team in creating reports on recruitment metrics.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes or HR functions (preferred).

  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic internet research.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Freshers are welcome; prior HR internship experience will be an advantage.




Experience



  • Freshers can apply.

  • 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or any related field is a plus.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote working hours with a focus on timely task completion.

  • Monday to Friday, 5–6 hours daily (timings may be adjusted based on project needs).

  • Understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Quick learner with the willingness to adapt to new HR tools and technologies.
