Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Corporate Office Executive – Administration to join our administrative team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a corporate environment and have a passion for maintaining efficient office operations. You will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, supporting internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office systems, records, and documentation in a structured manner
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and business events
- Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Monitor office supplies, coordinate procurement, and maintain vendor relationships
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with general HR documentation
- Maintain confidential company files and ensure compliance with office policies
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communications
- Serve as a liaison between internal staff and external stakeholders when required
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and a positive attitude
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in a corporate administrative or executive support role
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills may be considered
Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Occasional extended hours may be required depending on business needs
