Job Description
We are currently hiring a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks. This opportunity is open to candidates at all experience levels, including freshers and seasoned professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Maintain organized records of company files, documents, and supplies
- Support various departments with administrative and clerical tasks
- Greet visitors and provide support to office guests and team members
- Assist with travel arrangements, event planning, and internal communications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Quick learner with a proactive work ethic
Experience
- 0–5 years of administrative or office experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
Working Hours
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Occasional flexibility may be required depending on team needs
- Remote or hybrid options may be available based on role and location
