Job Summary
NextCall Ventures is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Associates to join our Work from Home Voice Process team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and providing accurate and timely solutions. If you are a confident communicator who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain call logs, records, and customer data with confidentiality.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate team if needed.
- Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards during every interaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets including call handling and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain patient, polite, and professional during challenging customer interactions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in BPO, call center, or voice process roles will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
- Sunday will be a fixed weekly off.
- Flexible schedules may be available based on business requirements.
