Job Summary
TeamSphere Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant to support our growing human resources operations. This role is ideal for female freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to start a career in HR. As part of our virtual HR team, you will assist with recruitment activities, employee engagement, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Help organize virtual HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and circulate HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Any internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Flexible Work From Home (WFH) schedule.
- Standard shift: 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend support may be required for recruitment drives or urgent tasks.

- Understanding of basic HR functions such as recruitment and documentation.
- Tech-savvy mindset to adapt to online collaboration and HR tools.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
