Job Summary


TeamSphere Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant to support our growing human resources operations. This role is ideal for female freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to start a career in HR. As part of our virtual HR team, you will assist with recruitment activities, employee engagement, data management, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations in a fully remote environment.




Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.

  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

  • Help organize virtual HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Prepare and circulate HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.

  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.




Experience



  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Any internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage.




Working Hours



  • Flexible Work From Home (WFH) schedule.

  • Standard shift: 5-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend support may be required for recruitment drives or urgent tasks.

  • Understanding of basic HR functions such as recruitment and documentation.

  • Tech-savvy mindset to adapt to online collaboration and HR tools.
