We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Online Community Manager to lead engagement and connection within our growing digital communities. This remote-friendly role is perfect for someone who loves sparking conversations, supporting users, and creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and inspired.




Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and moderate online communities across platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)

  • Foster meaningful conversations, answer questions, and respond to community feedback

  • Create and schedule engaging content (polls, updates, discussions, etc.) to drive participation

  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to measure growth, sentiment, and engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to align on messaging and campaigns

  • Organize virtual events, challenges, AMAs, or webinars to build engagement

  • Identify community advocates and support ambassador or influencer programs

  • Stay up to date with trends in community management and digital culture




Requirements



  • 1–3 years of experience managing online communities or social platforms

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to match brand voice

  • Familiarity with community tools (e.g., Discord, Circle, Slack, Facebook Groups, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and handle community challenges calmly and professionally

  • Bonus: Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social)
