Key Responsibilities



  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and a smooth transition into the company.

  • Employee Relations: Provide administrative support for employee relations initiatives, addressing employee queries, and helping to maintain a positive work environment.

  • HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, handling HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

  • Payroll Assistance: Help in processing payroll information under the supervision of senior HR staff.

  • Training and Development: Assist in scheduling and tracking employee training sessions and learning initiatives.

  • Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and metrics for management review.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices (training will be provided).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience

Working Hours
