Key Responsibilities

- Employee Relations: Provide administrative support for employee relations initiatives, addressing employee queries, and helping to maintain a positive work environment.
- HR Administration: Assist in maintaining employee records, handling HR-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Payroll Assistance: Help in processing payroll information under the supervision of senior HR staff.
- Training and Development: Assist in scheduling and tracking employee training sessions and learning initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and metrics for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
