✅ Key Responsibilities



  • Review, monitor, and moderate videos, comments, and live content on TikTok and YouTube.

  • Flag or remove content that violates platform guidelines or community standards.

  • Escalate sensitive or complex content to senior moderation staff when necessary.

  • Maintain high accuracy while meeting performance targets (volume and quality).

  • Stay updated on the latest community guidelines and trending content patterns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with brand values and policies.

  • Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and content filters.



🎯 Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.

  • Excellent judgment and ability to apply content guidelines consistently.

  • Good communication and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to handle graphic or sensitive content with maturity and professionalism.

  • Familiarity with content moderation tools or AI-assisted platforms (preferred).

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.



📚 Experience



  • No prior experience required – Freshers are welcome.

  • Experience in social media moderation, customer service, or digital content review is a plus.

  • Training will be provided to all selected candidates.



🕒 Working Hours



  • Flexible work hours – Choose between:



    • 4-hour shifts (Part-Time)

    • 8-hour shifts (Full-Time)



  • Weekend availability is a bonus, but not mandatory.

  • Option to work in rotational or fixed shifts depending on your preference.
