Key Responsibilities



  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various entry-level and mid-level roles across industries.

  • Post job listings on job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.

  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update applicant tracking records and reports.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback collection from both candidates and interview panels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (students in final year may also apply).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office/Google Docs.

  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet recruitment deadlines.

  • Positive attitude and a people-friendly mindset.



Experience



  • No prior HR experience is required.

  • Freshers and women looking to restart their career after a break are encouraged to apply.

  • Training and mentoring will be provided by our expert HR team.



Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available (4 to 8 hours per day).

  • Monday to Saturday (Weekends Off Available on Request).

  • Choose your preferred working slot (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening).



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Understanding of basic recruitment lifecycle (training provided).

  • Confidence in making cold/warm calls to potential candidates.

  • Quick learner with a growth-oriented mindset.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
