Job Summary

Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to build a positive work environment.

  • Help implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.

  • Support the HR team in handling employee relations, ensuring a healthy and productive work culture.

  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, including employee satisfaction, retention rates, and turnover analysis.

  • Provide support to employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

  • Assist in the development and delivery of employee training programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience or internship in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and culture-building.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time and priorities independently.

  • Passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.



Experience



  • Previous HR experience (internship or full-time) in a remote or hybrid environment is preferred.

  • Experience in working with diverse teams and promoting an inclusive culture.

  • Strong interest in people development, organizational culture, and employee engagement.



Working Hours



  • This is a full-time remote role.

  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexibility for different time zones).



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Communication: Ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues related to employee engagement and workplace culture, and implement solutions.

  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Technology Savvy: Familiarity with HR software and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, MS Teams).
