Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support our HR team by assisting with a variety of HR functions, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining personnel records. No prior experience is required, as we provide full training to help you grow within the company.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Help onboard new employees by providing them with necessary information and ensuring they complete all required documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR system.

  • Coordinate HR-related activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist in processing payroll and benefits administration.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling employee information.

  • Help prepare HR reports and track employee performance data.




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of HR practices is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.




Experience:



  • No prior experience required; we welcome freshers looking to begin their career in HR.

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles can be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.




Working Hours:



  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
