This role is essential to ensuring seamless overnight administrative support, document handling, team coordination, and data accuracy across various departments. Key Responsibilities



  • Perform general administrative duties including document management, data entry, and email correspondence.

  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems.

  • Assist team leaders with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports.

  • Ensure that all documentation and records are accurately maintained during the night shift.

  • Monitor and respond to internal communications promptly.

  • Generate end-of-shift reports to provide handovers to the day shift team.

  • Provide customer support (email/chat-based) when required during night hours.

  • Handle any urgent issues or escalations and coordinate with relevant departments.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable with night shift hours and remote working environment.

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, back-office, or operations support role.

  • Freshers with strong computer literacy and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.




Working Hours



  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Local Time)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends off (unless notified in advance for critical operations)




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Time management and task prioritization under time constraints.

  • Familiarity with task management or CRM tools is a plus (e.g., Trello, Asana, Zoho).

  • Professional email etiquette and internal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a virtual team environment.
