Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team during the night shift. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced BPO or KPO environment and are looking to build a strong foundation in administration and operations. You will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring smooth internal communication, documentation, reporting, and coordination across departments. Freshers with excellent communication and multitasking abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks across various departments during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and ensure proper filing of internal documentation.
- Prepare and distribute reports, performance summaries, and task trackers on a daily basis.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal queries and task follow-ups.
- Support team leads and managers with calendar scheduling, task reminders, and reporting needs.
- Ensure deadlines are met by proactively coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Communicate with international clients or teams via email/chat for timely updates when required.
- Assist in data entry, process audits, and internal system updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working in a BPO/KPO-style operational setup during night hours.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or back-office role.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and tech skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in a BPO/KPO environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (IST)
- Monday to Friday (Weekend availability may be required on rotation)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to administrative support.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
