As an Overnight Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative functioning and supporting ongoing operations outside of standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage internal communications, ensuring prompt responses during night hours.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Update internal systems and logs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate nightly reports for management and relevant departments.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate urgent technical issues to appropriate teams.
- Ensure security procedures are followed for data and documentation.
- Coordinate with international teams or clients in different time zones when required.
- Maintain a clean record of tasks completed and prepare a shift handover for the morning team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working night shifts regularly.
- Tech-savvy and capable of learning new systems quickly.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Freshers with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
- Shift Timing: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Local Time), Monday to Friday
- Flexible options available for remote or office-based work, depending on your location and preference.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Sound knowledge of office administration best practices.
- Basic understanding of remote communication tools like Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently during low-supervision hours.
