Job Summary


Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a night shift work-from-home opportunity ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently in a non-customer-facing role. As a Back Office Administrator, you will support daily business operations by managing data, preparing reports, and ensuring all back-end administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.




Key Responsibilities



  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation in databases and digital systems.

  • Process internal requests, invoices, forms, and other business documents with precision.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Monitor incoming emails and assign or escalate tasks as necessary.

  • Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.

  • Coordinate with different internal departments to streamline workflow and ensure timely task execution.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

  • Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Clear written communication skills for internal coordination.




Experience



  • 0–2 years of experience in a data entry, administration, or operations support role.

  • Fresh graduates and students in their final year of study are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in night shifts or back-office roles will be considered a plus.




Working Hours



  • Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (IST)

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday

  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)

  • Flexibility may be required depending on workload and deadlines.




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Understanding of basic administrative processes and documentation standards.

  • Fast typing speed with minimal errors.

  • Capability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to repetitive tasks.

  • Familiarity with workflow tools like Trello, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.
