Job Summary:


Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Office Support and Admin Coordinator (Night Shift) to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative duties, supporting internal departments, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams during off-business hours.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support during night operations

  • Monitor and respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally

  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed

  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure records are up to date

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing virtual communications

  • Track and report any technical or operational issues to relevant departments

  • Provide general assistance to management and colleagues working across different time zones

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company documents and data




Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment

  • Comfortable working in a remote night shift role




Experience:



  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or office coordination is preferred

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will also be considered

  • Experience working remotely or in night shifts is an added advantage




Working Hours:



  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (IST) / 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (EST), Monday to Friday

  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate time zone differences or occasional weekend support




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Knowledge of remote working tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms

  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and digital documentation

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

  • Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
