Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and people-centric Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions remotely. As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and oversee recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and remote workplace culture initiatives. Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.

  • Oversee employee engagement programs and remote wellness initiatives.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.

  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy remote work culture.

  • Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and fairness.

  • Manage HR systems, databases, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on career development planning.

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate when necessary.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage teams remotely.

  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in remote HR tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll software, applicant tracking systems).

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement creative HR solutions.




Experience



  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Experience with remote hiring, digital onboarding, and remote employee relations preferred.




Working Hours



  • Flexible remote work hours

  • Core availability required: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST / GMT+5:30

  • Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work may be required during peak periods)




Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong understanding of human resource management principles.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Comfortable using collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to create HR reports and dashboards.

  • Proactive approach to employee development and company growth.
