Airlink is seeking dynamic and safety-conscious individuals to join our in-flight team as Cabin Crew Members. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight. Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet, assist, and direct passengers during boarding and deplaning

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and cabin preparations

  • Deliver clear safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance with safety regulations

  • Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner

  • Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations

  • Maintain accurate in-flight documentation and reports

  • Uphold airline service and grooming standards at all times




Eligibility Criteria:



  • Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

  • Age: 18 to 27 years (Freshers eligible; experience preferred)

  • Height: Minimum 155 cm (Females) / 170 cm (Males); proportionate weight

  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)

  • Appearance: Well-groomed with a professional and presentable demeanor

  • Medical: Physically fit with good eyesight; must pass airline medical and background checks

  • Willingness: To relocate and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Calm, friendly, and confident under pressure

  • Strong team player with a customer-first approach

  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an asset
