As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and direct passengers during boarding and deplaning
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and cabin preparations
- Deliver clear safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance with safety regulations
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner
- Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or medical situations
- Maintain accurate in-flight documentation and reports
- Uphold airline service and grooming standards at all times
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
- Age: 18 to 27 years (Freshers eligible; experience preferred)
- Height: Minimum 155 cm (Females) / 170 cm (Males); proportionate weight
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are a plus)
- Appearance: Well-groomed with a professional and presentable demeanor
- Medical: Physically fit with good eyesight; must pass airline medical and background checks
- Willingness: To relocate and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, friendly, and confident under pressure
- Strong team player with a customer-first approach
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an asset
