Job Summary


Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for detail‑oriented, empathetic, and tech-comfortable professionals to support our customers via chat, email, and phone while accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This is a fully remote role ideal for freshers, return-to-work professionals, students, and anyone seeking flexible, work-from-home opportunities. Comprehensive training will be provided.




Key Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, live chat, or social channels with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

  • Log, update, and maintain customer records, tickets, and case notes in CRM/Helpdesk tools.

  • Perform high‑volume, error‑free data entry, cleansing, and validation across spreadsheets and databases.

  • Follow defined SOPs, scripts, and escalation matrices to resolve or route issues quickly.

  • Track and meet individual KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, productivity, accuracy, TAT).

  • Flag recurring issues and suggest improvements to FAQs, macros, or workflows.

  • Collaborate with team leaders/QA to close knowledge gaps and continuously improve service quality.

  • Protect customer data and adhere to information security and confidentiality policies.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks (reporting, formatting datasets, preparing basic dashboards).




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

  • Fast and accurate typing skills (35+ WPM preferred) with strong attention to detail.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).

  • Comfort using CRM, ticketing, or helpdesk tools (training provided if you’re a fresher).

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow structured processes.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Reliable home workspace, stable broadband internet, and a computer/headset.




Experience



  • Freshers welcome — prior BPO/customer service/data entry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Internship, freelance, or volunteer experience in support, data entry, or operations will be valued.




Working Hours



  • Flexible shifts available: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend options (rotational or fixed, based on business need).

  • Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) and Full-time (40 hrs/week) tracks available.

  • Overtime/holiday shifts may be offered/required during peak periods (with applicable compensation as per policy).

  • Customer-first mindset with high ownership and accountability.

  • Data accuracy orientation with a zero‑defect mentality.

  • Familiarity with basic ticket lifecycle concepts (open, pending, resolved, closed) is a plus.

  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to changing processes.

  • Ethical handling of sensitive and confidential information.

  • Team player with a continuous improvement attitude.
