Job Description

We are hiring Email Support Executives to join our dynamic BPO team. In this non-voice, office-based role, you will handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests via email. Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses that contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, resolving inquiries, complaints, or issues.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information or solutions.

  • Log all customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security standards.

  • Strive to meet individual and team quality and productivity targets.




Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong comprehension and email etiquette.

  • Attention to detail with good typing speed and accuracy.

  • Basic computer literacy and experience with MS Office and email tools.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.




Preferred Experience:



  • Previous experience in email/chat support or non-voice BPO process.

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).

  • Experience handling customer escalations or service requests.
