Job Description
We are hiring Email Support Executives to join our dynamic BPO team. In this non-voice, office-based role, you will handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests via email. Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses that contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, resolving inquiries, complaints, or issues.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, relevant information or solutions.
- Log all customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security standards.
- Strive to meet individual and team quality and productivity targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong comprehension and email etiquette.
- Attention to detail with good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with MS Office and email tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in email/chat support or non-voice BPO process.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Experience handling customer escalations or service requests.
